Come and explore the floral phenomena that surround you every day! In this one semester course students will examine the major phases of plant growth and management. Lab activities include: transplanting,

tissue culture, cuttings, cell staining, potting plants, floral design, Bonsai and pruning. In addition, we will study various plants, shrubs and trees. Get out your gardening gloves and get ready to discover one phenomenon after another! Students taking this course will receive 1/ 2 credit of science upon the successful completion of this class.
